My ATT Uverse Review

After some time with our current cable and 4 with Roadrunner, we decided it was time to give something new a try. I was tired of consistently paying more money for less with cable and wanted to examine other options. Cable definitely isnt good when it comes to HD channels. Satellite wasn’t an option so we skipped it and decided to try out theAT&T U-verse.

My service was installed on September 27 and initially, I couldnt have been happier. The only problem at that point was that sales sold me sports channels that never showed them. Everything was blacked out. Lo and behold this is pretty common.

For the next 2 months, I had exceptional signals and new channels and features added all of the. The we got DVR. I had an issue with one tv. I waited a while to call customer support. And when I did, everything blew up.

After almost two hours on the phone with cust service, I had started and updated the receiver and my home gateway numerous times. After this, my service was sketchy and constantly disconnecting. He then scheduled an date for a few days later with a technician. The repairman arrived and detected numerous issues which he mended. I was not really sure that everything was fixed for good but relieved that I had my service back.
